Awarded. The University is seeking to secure a number of Suppliers (learning partners) who can continue to evolve the future of leadership and management development provision over the coming years. Being fully informed by the very latest research and practice across the HE sector and beyond, suppliers/learning partners need to demonstrate a very clear and deep understanding of the rapidly changing nature of the sector, with an emphasis on appreciating the existing heritage of the University of Nottingham, whilst also focusing on the opportunities in a new future. A demonstrable understanding of the competitive, financial, political, social, and equality, diversity and inclusion aspects of the sector are also needed. Lots include: Lot 1 - Leadership & Management Learning Provision Lot 2 - Individual and Team Diagnostics Lot 3 - Digital and Online Learning Tender awarded on the basis of Framework contract with no minimum/guaranteed level of spend. Est value up to £600,000.
