Description

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to quote for Leadership Development. Swale Borough Council is looking for a training/learning consultancy to assist the development of its Leadership Team that includes the Chief Executive, three Directors (one of whom is shared with 2 other councils) (Executive Management Team) and Heads of Service (Strategic management Team) that form the wider Leadership Team. The purpose of the development is to: • Identify and focus on key leadership issues for the Council over the next 12-36 months and develop a cohesive approach between members of the leadership team to be able to drive the agenda forward • Enable the team to achieve high levels of organisational focus and hence productivity • Build trust and collaborative behaviours to enhance the quality of dialogue, decision making, creative problem solving and leadership to the wider organisation • Develop the pathways for navigating political and managerial leadership. It is anticipated that a contract for this support will be to cover the new financial year 2022/23, exact dates to be confirmed. Expressions of Interest and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the RFQ is 29/04/2022 at 16:00hrs.
