The Framework Agreement will be split into 3 LOTs: LOT 1 – UK Collection and Delivery LOT 1 covers collection and delivery services within the UK for documents and parcels including but not limited to: • Same day delivery • Next day delivery • Time critical delivery • Dedicated delivery • Overnight delivery • Delivery of high value goods • Secure delivery service for confidential documents • Delivery of electronic goods such as laptops and mobile phones • Transportation of examination papers and related documents • Secure storage facility • Full managed service LOT 2 – International Collection and Delivery LOT 2 covers international collection and delivery services documents and parcels including but not limited to: • Next day delivery • Time critical delivery • Dedicated delivery • Overnight delivery • Delivery of high value goods • Secure delivery service for confidential documents • Delivery of electronic goods such as laptops and mobile phones • Full managed service LOT 3 – Specialist Items Logistics Services LOT 3 covers a full managed service for the collection, storage, and delivery for specialist items, including but not limited to: • Healthcare o Medical Controlled Drugs o Medical equipment o Pathogens o Infectious and non-infectious substances o Specimen transportation • High security data and equipment • Dangerous Goods o Class 1 – Explosives o Class 2 – Gases o Class 3 – Flammable liquids o Class 4 – Flammable solids o Class 5 – Oxidising substances and organic peroxides o Class 6 – Toxic and infectious substances o Class 7 – Radioactive material o Class 8 – Corrosives o Class 9 – Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods
