Greener Ealing Ltd ("Authority) is procuring via open procedure under CPR 2015 Regs. (Contract Procurement Regulation) for annual insurance cover for Computer, Liability, Fidelity Guarantee, Motor Fleet, Engineering Inspection, Group Personal Accident & Travel. Contract commencing on 1st July 2025 for the contract term of three years with a further two extension options of one plus one years. Indicative contract term value of 7,500,000. Tender submission must be submitted on a 'net of normal commission' basis and all amounts shown in Pounds Sterling. Marsh brokerage of 3.5% will apply to all classes (unless a direct dealing Insurer, where the brokerage doesn't apply). This Invitation to Tender: • Asks Tenderers to submit their Tenders in accordance with the instructions set out in the remainder of this Invitation to Tender. • Sets out the overall timetable and process for the procurement to Tenderers. • Provides Tenderers with sufficient information to enable them to submit a compliant Tender (including providing templates where relevant). • Sets out the Award Criteria and the Tender Evaluation Model that will be used to evaluate the Tenders.
