Twyford Parish Council Skatepark Replacement

Twyford Parish Council is seeking to appoint a Specialist Contractor by using a Design and Build form of contract. The Parish Council has identified that there is a need to replace the current Skatepark facility in King George V Recreation Ground, Twyford, RG10 9JA . The Specification provided for the new facility is performance based and the successful Contractor will be appointed based on a fully costed design including all fees for the provision of a new Wheeled Sports Park that demonstrates innovation, incorporates anti-vandalism, and makes the best possible use of the space available. This design will include for multiple uses and rideable features that are suited to a full range of users from beginners to advanced. Electronic copies of Tender submissions shall be be emailed to the Parish Clerk (clerk@twyfordparishcouncil.gov.uk) by the due date. Additional information: The Completed Tender shall be submitted in the form of a hard copy along with an email or a link to a downloadable electronic version, to be sent in a secure envelope clearly marked "Tender Response Documents: Skatepark Replacement Contract" for the attention of: The Parish Clerk, Twyford Parish Council, PO Box 8250, READING RG6 9SZ to arrive no later than noon on 14th February 2024.
