CBC Tilgate Park Ice Cream Concession 2025-2028

Description

The Council is inviting offers to provide a mobile ice cream concessions at Tilgate Park, the site shown on the attached plan (Appendix A). The exact location may change slightly from day to day, depending on ground conditions, wear and tear and by request of the park management team particularly if ground recovery or maintenance work is required. It is however situated in a prime location beside the main car park and access routes to the park. It is not the sole trader in the park and additional temporary traders may attend large events such as Race For Life, as organised by the event operator. The Council requires the successful provider to provide a high standard of customer service from an attractive, safe and clean vehicle. Pictures and dimensions of the proposed trading vehicle (including litter receptacles, signs and generator, if needed, must be provided as part of this process. The Contract Duration shall run from 01 March 2025 until 29 February 2028.
