Grounds Maintenance Contract 2025 - 2029

Description

Lyminge Parish Council is inviting tenders from relevant companies to take on the grounds maintenance in our lovely, rural parish. The contract will commence on 01.04.25 and end on 31.03.29 with the option to extend for another 1-2 years. The contract covers six sites that require general, non-specialist maintenance and we may require addition services from time to time, at additional cost. We are environmentally thoughtful so please consider that in your application. Questions regarding this contract will be answered until 15.01.25. Site visits can also be arranged. Please note that I will have an 'out of office' email set over the Christmas period, however I will still be responding to queries regarding this tender.
