Description

The project aims to support the Government of Ukraine in developing a comprehensive set of policy products to operationalise the draft Strategy for developing innovation activities in Ukraine until 2030 (Innovation Strategy) by drafting an Action Plan. The project will focus on four key objectives: • Design the GoU Innovation Strategy Action Plan and build an inclusive, consistent, and coherent cross-stakeholder dialogue to foster the innovation ecosystem. • Strengthen the sectoral innovation ecosystems by EdTech, Agrifood Tech, Health Tech, and Energy & Environment Tech clusters development. • Empower the National Aviation University (NAU) by establishing the Scientific Park and connecting the students, academia, and the private sector. • Address key challenges through a structured four-month Accelerating Deep Tech initiative.
