Constellia on behalf of Bristol City Council are requesting expressions of interest from parties able to support the Council's Homes Acquisitions Programme.<p> Interested parties are invited to send case studies/other evidence to Constellia demonstrating their ability to deliver all parts of the contract by the 4th December.<p> The scope includes managing the purchase of properties from the private housing market, leaseholder buybacks and sourcing new-build, land, conversion opportunities. An end to end service is required including the identification of properties, valuing the properties and works required, commissioning due diligence surveys, safety tests and managing the conveyancing process. Also included is carrying out any refurbishment works required to bring the homes up to letting standard. It is expect that refurbishment works be subcontracted to third parties and the procurement process and project management be carried out in a way to deliver value for money to the Council. Interested parties will have worked with Local Authorities or Housing Associations and therefore have experience with social housing regulations and compliance.<p>
