Description

We would like to engage a consultant to undertake the feasibility, design, surveys etc from RIBA stages 0 to 6 with a report at the end of stage 4 complete with budget costs, to replace the existing the existing gas fired heating and hot water plant with air source heat pumps and buffer vessels etc as required. We would also like to include for additional connections to a plate heat exchanger/ heat source in an adjacent building that will be able to provide a backup supply in the event of maintenance or failure, ensuring we can always deliver the required services to the building.
