SBC 1124 Pre-market Engagement - SBC Fire Safety Services Corporate Estate'

Description

Stevenage Borough Council invite suitable companies that provide Fire Safety Services to attend a market engagement session at Stevenage Borough Council, Daneshill House, Stevenage, SG1 1HN, on Monday 25th November. The event will run from 1pm - 2.30pm. The Fire Safety Services contract will provide planned and reactive services. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive Fire Safety Services, including but not limited to Emergency Light Testing, Fire Alarm Servicing, Firefighting Equipment and Sprinkler Systems, this contract also includes the commissioning of Fire Risk Assessments. Members of the Council's Facilities Management team will deliver a short presentation setting out the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process. This will be followed by the opportunity for attendees to ask questions. The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME's. Please note that there is a mandatory minimum annual turnover requirement of £640k for this contract and bidders must be able to demonstrate public sector experience.
