Description

To carry out all "Out of Hours Emergency Repairs", covering circa 1,800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract, provided via the Delta E sourcing platform, to DAMHA properties as advised. The contract will cover a 24 month period, with the possibility of a further 24 months extension, (subject to regular quality reviews)
