Leisure Centres Management Contract

Description

Guildford Borough Council (the 'Authority') is procuring an operator to operate, maintain and deliver its Leisure facilities. Facilities include The Guildford Spectrum, Guildford Lido and Ash Manor Sports Centre. This procurement is run in in accordance with the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation as set out in Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the 'PCR 2015') (the 'Procurement').
