Request for Information - Dental Epidemiology Survey in 5 year olds

Description

North Yorkshire Council (NYC) and City of York Council (CYC) are seeking views from potential providers on delivery of biennial Dental Epidemiology Surveys in 5-year-olds. The Council is inviting organisations to complete a questionnaire to provide insight to support the development of the service requirements. The purpose of this exercise is to understand more about the market for provision of this service and any potential barriers to delivery of this contract. The commissioners would welcome views from potential providers on the proposed specification and indicative budget. The intended contract period will be 1 year with an option for the Council to extend the contract period by 2 years and an additional extension of a further 2 years (maximum 5 years). The anticipated start date for this service is August 2025. This is purely an engagement exercise; any subsequent procurement will be advertised separately at a later date. The questionnaire is accessible via the YORTender portal (https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login/asp?B=YORTENDER).
