Description

Bluecap Resources Ltd - focused on using novel "Green Technology" developed in-house to recover value from mine waste dumps, tailings ponds, slag heaps and other "above ground mines", offering both the environmental improvement of often heavily-polluted dump sites in addition to generating metal supply streams without the perceived negative environmental impact of primary invasive mining. Bluecap Resources Ltd invites tenders to undertake work in refurbishing an existing industrial unit as part of its development to a R&D facility located in Penryn, Cornwall. This document provides details on the scope of work, requirements, and submission process for the tender. Applicants are encouraged to suggest alternative construction methodologies, however all works will be agreed prior to commencement. The successful applicant is expected to liaise with third party suppliers to ensure appropriate systems are installed to fulfil their intended use. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project. We will assess tenders received on a Most Economically Advantageous Tender.
