Description

Head of Analytics to develop and maintain the analytics delivery programme Head of Analytics • Develop and maintain the analytics delivery programme, increasing alignment with business need and strategy. • Oversee development of analytics and business intelligence requirements and ensure implementation for routine insights reporting and dashboard development. • Oversee analytics and business intelligence support for Trust Programmes, such as Bed flow, Mindworks and CMHTP. • Proactively collaborate with Head of Performance to enhance the Activity & Performance Reporting, to ensure impactful insights are shared with the Trust. • Lead on creating a road map for delivery of analytics and business intelligence for the next 12 months. • Undertake a benefits realisation process to support the evaluation of continuing partnering with an external consult for data science models. • Propose how national and local held insights can be utilised to drive better Trust decision making and incorporate where useful. • Provide guidance and development support to existing analytics team resources and support the Associate Director Digital Insights with recruitment to enhance the Trust analytics capability to drive actionable insights from data. • Promote data-driven decision making, by providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues throughout the Trust.
