Description

Site to be made 'shovel ready' for construction works, which will involve the demolition of the existing infrastructure on the site and backfilling the site with crushed aggregates to provide levels and natural drainage. There is the construction of some minor structures as part of the required works. Bulk Earthworks (including taking up existing concrete slabs) Contiguous Piled Walls including Piling Mats Gabion Basket Walls Additional information: Please note that the name of the project has changed from 'Crown Works Studio Enabling Works' to 'Sunderland Riverside Enabling Works'. This is to remain consistent with the name of the project in our funding application.
