Manned OOH Telephone No. Attend within 2 hours. Repair or make safe. If necessary provide heat source. Report details daily. To carry out all "Out of Hours" emergency repairs, covering circa 1800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24 month period with the possibility of a 24 month extension (subject to regular quality reviews).
