South Korea has been identified as a high-potential market for cleantech FDI, with additional synergies across the broader Diatomic programme. WMGC has recently completed a mission to South Korea and seeks to capitalise on the stakeholder meetings undertaken and to progress the leads generated during the mission. WMGC is also seeking to generate well-qualified leads and opportunities, with a view to securing applications for the Diatomic cleantech FDI hub up until the application closing date of 31st of March 2025. WMGC also seeks to raise the profile of the region with key Korean stakeholders in government, sector associations, and other intermediaries. WMGC is seeking an organisation that can act as the strategic business development and front-end sales partner in inward investment lead generation for the West Midlands Growth Company in market, presenting itself to key stakeholders and prospective investors as a direct extension of the Growth Company's business development team.
