South Cambridgeshire District Council - Domestic Removals Services

Description

South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide SCDC with domestic removals services. SCDC are letting a below WTO threshold Framework Contract for removals services let under an open procedure compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract values will vary and SCDC cannot guarantee values or volumes of work however the maximum value shall not exceed the current works WTO threshold. Each job (referred to as a call off contract) will be subject to a further competition. Each of the Contractors who are accepted on to the Framework Contract will be invited to submit a bid for each job and the winning Contractor will be determined by a combination of price and availability. The further competitions will be undertaken using email or the electronic procurement system.
