Bromyard Public Toilets - Renovation and alterations

Description

Bromyard & Winslow Town Council are seeking quotations to carry out renovation work on the public toilet building to create new toilets consisting of ladies' and men's toilets and a disabled toilet. The existing toilet block internal layout is to be removed and reconfigured. The existing drainage system is not to be re-used so this will need to be filled in and new drainage installed. The existing ramp access to be removed The new toilet layout is to be created following the proposed plans, including new access doors. A new graduated access to be created to the disabled toilet and small steps to the remaining access doors. A fenced area at the rear of the toilet block is to be created to provide a storage area.
