2041 Fire Precaution Work at Sherborne House, Newton Abbot

Description

The Contractor to design and deliver the following Works: • Where required remove and refit existing door access / security control systems and fire alarm fail safe relays to facilitate the door repair and replacement work. • Remedial work to the walls, floors, and duct apertures around the building to maintain the fire compartmentation measure. • Replace or repair existing fire door sets using materials installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions to achieve the minimum specified fire rating and operational performance. • Install dampers to the ventilation system were specified. • Ensure all work is certified to meet the requisite fire performance standard. • Provide completion report to include fire rating certification with photographs for the work carried out.
