Sheffield Teaching Hospitals are introducing a new EPR and will be implemented in October 2024. Although this system will hold most of a patient's records, whilst in the early days of implementation there will still be paper documents that will be required to be used within the Trust. Therefore, it is proposed that we will use an attendance pack for both out-patients and In-patient activities. An estimated maximum 120,000 folders that meet the specification are required. Dividers are also needed on an ad-hoc basis over a one-year period, with an option to extend for an additional year. The estimated quantity of dividers is not known, so will be ordered as and when required.
