Direct award via a the PFH Print Management and Multifunctional Device Solutions Framework to CDP for a year (6 month extension possible) via Lot 1: Print, Mailing and Digital Communications. This direct award will ensure spend is made compliant before a full tender process is carried out. L&Q have a regulatory and general business needs to provide high volume and personalised addressed, printed communications to specific resident groups.
