MyWay Diabetes is an evidence based self-management platform for people living with Diabetes. It provides patients with secure access to their medical records together with tailor advice, eLearning, data uploads, goal setting, The aim of this procurement is to ensure the seamless continuation of services from 1 April 2024, utilising the established integration and interoperability across North West London.
