Derby College Group 'DCG' wish to appoint a contractor to build a wood and masonry clad two story extension to an existing building at our Broomfield Hall Campus with a footprint of 135m2. The works are based on a Traditional style Intermediate Form of Contract 2016 Edition. It is proposed works will start 01.10.24 with a completion date of 28.03.25.
