Description

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust ("KMPT") has awarded a Contract for the provision of Occupational Health Services to support the health and wellbeing of its staff. KMPT is a large Mental Health NHS Trust that employs approximately 3,600 staff from a wide range of professions, and operates from over 260 sites across the whole of Kent and Medway. KMPT provides a full range of mental health services to 1.8 million people across Kent and Medway. The Trust's boundaries are shared with our social care partners in Kent County Council and Medway Council. In addition, KMPT operate a county-wide forensic psychiatry service. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is 01 June 2024 at 00:00 hours. The Contract is awarded for an initial period of three (3) years until midnight of 31 May 2027. The term may be extended subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Trust, provided that the duration of the Contract shall be no longer than five (5) years in total. The Trust procured the contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Trust's Standing Financial Instructions. The Trust awarded one Contract for the provision of all Services detailed in the Specification.
