Housing Kitchen and Bathroom Programme Phase 2

Description

An initial short-term programme of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments to council housing for Woking Borough Council. This Contract shall include the following Services: o Resident Liaison o Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments Additional information: The Council is utilising an Electronic procurement system (In-tend) for this procurement and tenderers are encouraged to raise questions or comments via the procurement system as mentioned in section 42. Responses to the ITT ('Tender Submissions') are to be completed electronically using the Woking Borough Council Procurement e-Sourcing portal; In-Tend https://in-tendhost.co.uk/wokingboroughcouncil/aspx/Home The e-Sourcing Portal provides a web-based tool that enables the Council and bidders to conduct the strategic activities of the procurement lifecycle over the internet. It provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities, reducing the time and effort required for both the Council (and other buyers) and potential providers / suppliers. Before completing their Tender Submission, potential Tenderers should ensure that the email address that has been used to register will be checked regularly, as the e-Sourcing Portal will generate automatic notifications to the registered email address whenever there are updates, changes or messages relating to this Procurement. Bidders should also check that their organisation details are correct and up to date.
