GB-Birmingham: Hera Waterproofing Approved Supplier Invitiation to Tender

NOTE: This notice was updated on 13 March 2024 for the following reason: Updated link to opportunity on Delta E-sourcing portal(Birmingham City University (BCU) as part of its ongoing maintenance and renewals across its estate, has a requirement for replacement for the roofing on its sports centre complex. BCU invites suitably qualified suppliers to tender for the provision of Roof Replacement at the Doug Ellis Sports Centre, Aldridge Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham, B42 2TP. The University looks to physically commence & complete this project during June & July 2024 within an estimated 4 week period outside of student term time so prospective suppliers will need to have available resource to complete this project during this time period. The BCU Estates Department has identified its optimum solution for replacement of the roof to be Hera Waterproofing HermeTech 25 roofing system. Therefore BCU is looking to recruit Hera Waterproofing approved suppliers for the Hera Waterproofing HermeTech 25 roofing system to conduct this roof replacement, on a supply and install basis. This opportunity is a sub OJEU/FTS tender opportunity, restricted to approved Hera Waterproofing approved suppliers only.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
