Housing 21 wishes to use this PIN to attract experienced and capable providers that provide Digital Emergency Call and Resident Communications Systems, to join in a market engagement exercise. The engagement exercise objective is to create opportunity to share equipment examples and innovation in this area with a view to assisting Housing 21 to progress its specification to a concluding form to be used in a future procurement .
