Your Housing Group would like to invite tenders for the Major and Minor Adaptations Framework. The Framework will consist of 9 lots and will run from 2024 to 2027, with the optional extension available of one 12 month period. The framework delivery is to provide major and minor adaptations for the benefit of individual YHG customers. This will assist customers to remain independent within their homes and be part of the community. Delivery is on a demand led basis and can arise within any locality across the Your Housing Group property portfolio.
