Description

The Purchaser is commissioning a Provider to undertake a programme of work setting out: i)The challenges facing people with disabilities or reduced mobility in walking or wheeling on local authority footways ii)The scale of this issue and its wider impacts iii)Draw out good practice across the country iv)The challenges local authorities face in providing and maintaining high quality footways accessible to all v)Policy recommendations for local and central government to enable investment in and management of footways to deliver fully accessible walking and wheeling by 2030 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
