Onward Group have a large portfolio of properties to let to on general let, sheltered, and supported tenancies. Spread across three main regions, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside. As a result, there is a requirement for print and direct mail services to allow Onward to meet its regulatory requirements. Currently this is not harmonised across the group however Onward is looking to standardise this to make the process more efficient and cost effective. Additionally, Onward would look to consider other options for sending letters and information to be printed and sent to residents (i.e. online portal). In order to better refine Onward's requirements, we are seeking information from the market. Onward is conducting soft market testing across the following areas: Printing services Direct mailing services. Please refer to the attachment soft market testing document questions and provide a completed return by the submission date to the contacts named within Appendix 1 of the document.
