WSCC - JS - Framework Agreement for the supply of OEM and OE vehicle parts and workshop consumables - AWARD

Description

West Sussex County Council intends to procure a Framework Agreement and is seeking tender responses from organisations interested in bidding to supply parts to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or OE (Original Equipment) to support the Council's Fleet maintenance function from 03 April 2023. There are 500 vehicles in the Council's Fleet The Services have been divided into the following Lots depending upon type of vehicle and services required. Lot 1- Supply of OEM parts for vehicles up to 7.5t - This vehicle category accounts for 70% of the fleet. The vehicles support operations in various services such as Highways, School Transport, Fire and Rescue (Officer response cars). Lot 2- Supply of OEM parts for vehicles over 7.5t - This vehicle category accounts for the remaining 30% of the fleet. The vehicles are principally Fire appliances but also mobile library vehicles. Lot 3- Workshop consumables - This lot is intended to cover items such as grease, oil, lubricant and cleaner Lot 4 - Supply of OE parts (all fleet) - This lot is intended to cover the supply of OE parts Lot 1 -3 are intended to be sole supplier Lots. Lot 4 will be a multi-supplier Lot made up of Suppliers who can supply OE parts relevant to the Council's fleet profile.
