Luminate Education Group - Invitation to Tender for Luminate Education Group Intranet system

Description

The member organisations of LEG are looking to centralise their staff intranet systems into one new system to ensure strong internal communications for all members, better management of documents and development of the LEG brand internally (alongside each members own individual identity). The project involves centralising two separate intranet systems across seven separate brands and organisations with a total of 3,500 users. These are: Luminate Education Group: Harrogate College Keighley College Leeds City College Leeds Conservatoire Leeds Sixth Form College University Centre Leeds Yorkshire Centre for Training and Development LEG anticipates that the delivery of the new intranet will include the following stages: o Design and development o User testing o Training o Launch of a minimal viable product o Post launch development o Handover LEG expects to have the new intranet launched by the end of February 2024.
