Delivery Notes The purpose of this Specification and Tender Questionnaire document (alongside the other procurement documents published), is to assist ARU in establishing a contract with a supplier, to provide ARU with an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) umbrella provision (Home Office umbrella body). ARU requires a provider who can process both standard and enhanced DBS checks for both staff and student applications. The solution must be a SAAS solution and must allow for different classifications of users e.g., superusers, admin users, standard user and offer read only access for staff/students requiring a DBS.
