IWM's new ticketing platform needs to comprise of the following: * the external customer facing ticket booking interface * the internal Customer Services ticket booking and management interface * the internal E-Commerce / Finance ticketing management interface * and the till EPOS touchscreen front of house staff interface Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
