e-ITT for the provision of a Leadership Development Programme for Senior Managers of New Forest District Council (NFDC). New Forest District Council (NFDC) would like to introduce a Leadership Development Programme for Senior Managers (approx. 25 Staff) over a 12 month timeline commencing in July 2023. Optional additional phases to cover both Tier 1&2 officers and middle managers is also outlined in the specification. The objective would be to provide consistent level of knowledge and training to a range of senior managers across the whole remit of the District Council. We anticipate that this will include 360-degree feedback with face-to-face feedback from the trainer. We welcome ideas on Action Learning Sets, NLP etc. This would be followed up with a modular approach for other areas, preferably delivered on an in-person basis. eITT for the provision of Leadership Development Programme is advertised on the South East Business Portal via ProContract, our e-tendering platform.
