1.1 HM Government of Gibraltar, via the Department of the Environment, Sustainability, Climate Change and Heritage (the Authority) invites responses from suitably qualified and experienced Parties interested in providing a Waste Management Facility (WMF) with the aim of achieving the highest environmental standards in the treatment of its municipal solid waste. This tender is being processed via the Competitive Dialogue procedure of the Procurement (Public Sector Contracts) Regulations 2016. Further information is available on HM Government of Gibraltar Supplier Network Portal https://hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi Responses must be submitted via the same portal Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HMGoG therefore reserves the right to consider only those responses from eligible organisations in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions.
