Tonbridge Community Hospital Sensory and Therapeutic Garden

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a supplier to transform a garden area into a sensory and therapy garden at our Tonbridge Community Hospital Site. The Trust are looking for an experienced landscape designer and developer to deliver on the following. Concept design working with the Trust project team to create evidence based concept designs which will lead to the final design and form part of the engagement and implementation phase with staff and stakeholders. Designs will look to reuse assets present, such as picnic tables and chairs as much as feasible. Full design and planting scheme providing full, deliverable design drawings and planting scheme to reflect the staff and patient engagement sessions and design input. Deployment of the design. Complete the build of the gardens, including any prior assessment and feasibility works, in line with the agreed design using locally sourced and sustainable products wherever possible. Please note that there is a budget cap on this project of 118,000 inclusive of VAT.
