CITY OF YORK HEATING INSTALLATION PROGRAMME

Description

Work to be procured via a Mini Competition undertaken through EN Procure Heating, Electrical and Roofing Framework Agreement See OJEU reference Contract Notice 2017S 014 020835 The Works will generally comprise the following to domestic properties owned and,or managed by City of York Council: Installation of gas central heating systems Replacement of gas central heating systems Gas boiler replacements Upgrade work to central heating systems Installation of ASHP Installation of Hybrid Systems In addition, the successful contractor maybe required to support the Employers Direct Labour Organisation in its delivery of: Commercial Heating Servicing and Repairs Domestic Gas Servicing These works will be dependent on demand and, or resource availability within the DLO, and as such no guarantee of workload or workflow is guaranteed The Employer shall provide Class 1 materials, which shall be ordered separately from the Employers Supplier. The Employer is unable to guarantee this value or any volume of work. The Contract Period will be twenty four month period commencing on 1st April 2023 and ending on 31st March 2025, with an option to extend the Contract Period by up to a maximum period of twelve months.
