The Authority and CBH are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to monitor and respond (in an appropriate manner) to any alerts from dispersed alarms in the community and from the sheltered hardwired schemes utilising call monitoring systems. The Authority and CBH require continuous monitoring of these systems - i.e., 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. This contract will be established for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period or periods totalling no more than 1 year, taking the contract term to a maximum of 4 years. It is the intention of the Authority and CBH that the contract will commence on 1st April 2023, or as otherwise agreed. The contract will be drawn up to cover both the Authority's and CBH's services and will be awarded to a single provider.
