Crawley Borough Council - Online Benefits System

Description

1.0.1. Crawley Borough Council ("the Council") ran a mini-competition for the provision of an Online benefits system - Online Portal & Forms (Lot A of this tender) and a Document Management System (Lot B of this tender). 1.0.2. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Monday 20 February 2023 at 00:00 hours. Both Contracts will be awarded for a period of 5 years until Saturday 19 February 2028 with an option to extend for a further 2-year period (subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council) for a final possible contract end date of Tuesday 19 February 2030. 1.0.3. The Council is procuring these Contracts following a mini competition tender process using Framework RM3821, Lot 2a and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of an Online Portal & Forms and one contract for the provision of a Document Management system as detailed within the Specifications.
