EWR Co requires a Technical Partner to: provide technical and professional services through the scheme development phase of the Project to deliver Configuration State 2 and Configuration State 3, provide an Environmental Statement and manage related surveys, provide a Preliminary design fit for DCO approval, support stakeholder consultations and interfaces; and support the DCO process including submission and interfacing with PINS.
