We are looking for a provider who will supplement the existing in-house occupational therapy service, provided by London Borough of Havering, to deliver occupational therapy and occupational therapy assessments as and when required. The provider is not guaranteed to be offered any work by the Authority, but if offered the Provider shall undertake to perform that work in accordance with the service specification. The successful provider will deliver occupational therapy services via a staff team with the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and values to enable clients, who may be carers, to live independently and safely with dignity. Clients and carers shall be at the heart of assessments, which focus on occupations that are important to the individual and or carer and maximises their ability and potential in relation to physical, spiritual, intellectual, emotional and social capacity. Assessments will be categorised by complexity and set costs assigned to each.
