Expression of Interest to Tender for Structural Stabilization Works

Description

Applicants are invited to express an interest in tendering for Structural Stabilization works to owned properties in the North and West of Shropshire for a period of 3 years with the potential of further works. Works will commence early January 2023 Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing manage a stock of approx. 4100 dwellings for Shropshire Council. Properties are tenanted, sheltered and supported housing stock throughout the rural towns and villages in and around Bridgnorth and Oswestry. This contract will consist of carrying out structural stabilization works where required to properties shared between the two geographical areas. The basis of the tender is a priced schedule of specific works based mainly on utilizing Helifix products. Jobs will be raised on a Purchase Order basis. The maximum value of any job is unlikely to exceed £50,000. Applicants must be approved Helifix installers or other approved. Upon completion of works to a property , the Contractor will be expected to produce a written guarantee of a minimum of 10 years. This will be a single stage tender process.
