Physiotherapy Services to BH Employees

Description

Bolton at Home Health, Safety & Wellbeing Services need a supplier to provide On Site Physiotherapy Services to their employees. The objective of the physiotherapy service is to provide employees with a timely access to a quality physiotherapy treatment service that facilitates a prompt, cost-effective and sustainable return to work. The service is expected to be provided at their Riverside Offices in Bolton, BL1 8TU, one day per week. The Contract start date is expected to be 1st January 2023. Social Value is applicable to this tender, including a 1 % contribution to the Social Value fund. The supplier will be required to submit a supplier questionnaire and will be evaluated on a PASS/FAIL basis. The tender will be evaluated using 40 % Price and 60 % Quality. The initial contract term is for a period of two years with the option to extend annually for 2 x 1year periods (Total term - 4 years).
