Viability Assessments to support preparation and implementation of Maidstone Development Plan

Maidstone Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure consultancy services for the preparation of Viability Assessment studies to support the preparation and implementation of key elements of its statutory Development Plan. This involves two Development Plan Documents (DPDs) and a review of the Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule. The tender is for the award of a contract for work on the following documents: • Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople DPD • Design and Sustainability DPD • Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: Tuesday 8th November 2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Tuesday 29th November 2022 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Tuesday 6th December 2022 Evaluation: w/c 6th December 2022 Appointment of contractor: w/c 12th December 2022 All expressions of interest and subsequent submissions must be made via the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk).
