Procurement of the new Housing and Asset Management solution which provides an integrated solution for: - Single view of property, tenancy, customer and neighbourhood data - Case Management - Core Housing solution which meets the needs of social tenants, leaseholders, shared owners, market rent and commercial customers - Repairs - Scheduling & Job Management - Mobile Working, including Data Capture - Asset Management - Rents and Service Charges - Customer Portals (Yorkshire Housing and Space Homes) - Supplier Portal - Sales - Integration with Document Management, IoT Devices, Existing and Future Channels - Standard suite of management reports, plus the capability to develop further reports using data from within the core solution and across other systems Design and implementation/embedding of a new set of Housing and Asset Management processes which will use the functionality of the procured solution and configure it for use in YH.
