CSW WCC - Integrated Sexual Health Service

Contracts for Integrated Sexual Health (GUM and contraceptive) services in Coventry and Warwickshire are due to come to an end in March 2024. It has been agreed locally that a single contract will deliver sexual health services across both areas from 01 April 2024 following a procurement process. The procurement will also lead to a contract award (from NHSE) for the delivery of HIV treatment. We are seeking views on proposed elements of a service specification which will guide the final document, looking at an innovative and coproduced service which focuses on reducing health inequalities across the two areas. The Councils currently anticipate the successful proposal may include a lead provider working in partnership with a range of local primary care and voluntary sector organisations. We are also seeking to identify which primary care and voluntary sector organisations may be interested in entering into an agreement with lead providers. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this market testing. Providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download documents.
